How to Update the Transfer Forms in CASA

Below is a list of the CASA documents which have been updated. Items in red are the documents which have been added and amended on the 31.03.2011

Download CASA Documents

Please click on the link and download the zip file, once saved, unzip and open the documents. Please review these before copying into your template folder and overwriting your existing documents.

1. Open CASA and from the main menu go to System Administration and in the lower section make a note of where the Template folder is linked. See below.

2. Copy the documents that you downloaded into the template folder that you located in 1. and answer “yes” to overwrite the forms that currently exist.

The new forms which have not been on your system will need to be added to the “List of Letters and Documents” in “System Administration”, “Workflow Builder” making sure to select the transaction type which you wish the documents to be added to. These can then be included in the workflow in the normal way.

Please note that the property information forms are NOT the Transaction Forms and are our equivalents, if you wish to alter them in any way they can be edited in the normal way through system administration, workflow builder as can any of the other documents.
