We ask you for your postal address so that the initial paperwork required at the outset of the conveyancing process can be sent to you.

We also use your postal address as part of the lawyer selection process.

We request an e-mail address so that we can confirm to you the details submitted to us.

We ask for your telephone number so that a lawyer may contact you by phone.

We will use anonymous information for analytical purposes. This may be used to assist with the development of the site. It may also be produced into reports related to analysis of the property market.

We may utilise the information to notify you of any major changes in the site. However, if you would prefer not to receive this information please send an e-mail to never@easyconvey.com.

Security

When you submit information in the on-line fee estimate form we use a secure server. All information entered by you is encrypted by the secure server software (SSL) before being sent to us. We follow strict security procedures in accordance with the United Kingdom Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998. Before disclosing sensitive information to you, you may be asked for proof of identity.

Will easyconvey.com disclose information to third parties?

We provide a service to law firms and other property professionals throughout England and Wales. The information collected in the on-line fee estimate form will be passed on to a law firm to enable them to act for you. In the future we may choose to share the information with other trustworthy third parties, however, you can tell us not to by e-mailing to never@easyconvey.com. Easyconvey may provide aggregate statistics about property trends, internet traffic and other site information to reputable third parties, however, the information will not include any personally identifiable information.
