EASY CONVEY STREAMLINES E-CONVEYANCING PROCESS WITH NEW NETWORK OF FORWARD THINKING LAWYERS

Expert panel will use Easy Convey's software to provide e-conveyancing for house-buyers referred by OneMove

Easy Convey Ltd (www.easyconvey.com), a leading developer of electronic conveyancing products and services, has today unveiled a team of conveyancing experts who will handle all referrals made by OneMove, the free nationwide service that makes moving quicker and easier for both vendors and buyers.  As part of its comprehensive service offering for house-buyers, OneMove enables its customers to arrange their conveyancing directly from its web site.

Easy Convey's panel of lawyers and licensed conveyancers will use Easy Convey's Conveyancing Administration Software Application (CASA) to offer a seamless conveyancing service to any OneMove customers who request the service online.  Fees can be provided upfront, and in real time, via the web site.

"Our team of experts is ready and able to provide a fast and efficient solution to any of OneMove's clients that are looking for a first-class conveyancing service," says Dominic Cullis, Managing Director, Easy Convey Ltd. "Only practitioners who can truly demonstrate a mastery of electronic service delivery will prosper in this new age of conveyancing, and we are delighted to have these experts onboard and available to service OneMove's clients."

The e-conveyancing service provided by Easy Convey's panel will be postcode-driven, so that local law firms will be contacted first, before the enquiry is passed any further down the chain.  Members of the panel will then have the option to accept the assignment, or else to refuse the work, without the customer knowing.  In this scenario, the assignment will be passed to the next law firm in the group.

Once a job is accepted, all of the known client and property details, fees and costs, are automatically downloaded directly into the Easy Convey CASA program.  Panel members will then convert the instruction into a "live activity" and continue to use CASA to assist them with all areas of the conveyancing administration. The application is then used to generate letters and completes forms and other documents via automated workflows, all with the added convenience of making sure that information only needs to be entered into the system once.

CASA has been specifically designed to be both intuitive and 'user friendly' for law firms that offer conveyancing, and will even integrate with OneMove's Update System, so that customers are kept up-to-date with all the latest developments via e-mail, mobile, or a BlackBerry handheld device.

About OneMove

OneMove is a new service created exclusively for home movers and property investors that is designed to keep the buyer or seller fully up-to-date during the property transaction process.   OneMove works by ensuring that all parties involved, including the estate agent, solicitor, mortgage provider and surveyor are all contacted and 'looped in' with one website logging all progress swiftly and efficiently.  In addition, OneMove can also provide home movers with competitive quotes for everything from conveyancing and financial services through to removals specialists and even wills and tax planning, via a portfolio of carefully selected service providers.

Customers who use any OneMove service are appointed their very own free Personal Moving Consultant to take care of all the chasing, legalities and logistics. The Personal Moving Consultant acts as a 'go-between', keeping all interested parties in the picture and on their toes. The OneMove Update System relays the latest developments to a customers email or mobile phone in real time and the company also loans customers a BlackBerry device to keep them up to date.   In addition to this, customers are given access to the OneMove online Move Management System, enabling them to view the continuous work being carried out on their behalf in a totally secure environment.  OneMove can take care of everything from the legal work, to arranging removals and utilities, conveyancing, insuring your moving expenses and more.

By using the OneMove(tm) service, customers are also entitled to Home Buyers Expense insurance*(HBEI). Many people are often deterred from buying a new home simply by the financial risks involved in the process. Likewise, a bad survey or a fickle vendor can put a big dent in a bank account. To protect customers, OneMove(tm) has teamed up with Allianz Cornhill Insurance plc to introduce Home Buyer's Expenses Insurance, providing £1,500 of cover in the event of wasted expenditure if sales fall through.
