New industry
relationship will make e-conveyancing even more efficient
Cooperation
between Easy Convey and Xit2 will deliver sales leads, simplify procedures, and
automate key processes for legal professionals
Easy Convey Ltd (www.easyconvey.com), a
leading developer of electronic conveyancing products and services, has today
announced that the firm has formed a working relationship with xit2
(www.xit2.com), the electronic information exchange that allows mortgage
brokers to share electronic information with home surveyors, conveyancing law
firms, and referrers such as Conveyancing Alliance Ltd (CAL).
xit2 – which was acquired
earlier this year by MDA, a leading figure in property information solutions –
provides an effective way for mortgage brokers to manage their outsourced,
non-core processes. By acting as a powerful information hub, it plays a vital role in completing the
electronic chain between client, mortgage broker, and introducers like

creates and pre-populates a new CASA case file for the law firm. At
this stage, the conveyancer can use CASA to generate letters and to complete forms and other
documents via automated workflows.
The status of a matter can
be checked by the mortgage broker or law firm at any time – and from any
location – via the Internet. Also, as the status of the conveyance changes on
the law firm's case management system, Easy Convey will advise its client of
the change by email, SMS, or via its website.
All relevant data is distributed in real time, so that all of the
parties involved in the process have access to the same synchronised information.
