1. The annual licence (from year two onwards) includes updates to

i.
 HM Land Registry forms and fee scales
ii.
 locality names (towns, villages etc.) and counties
iii.
 local authority details including address, phone and fax numbers, DX Address and search fee scales
iv.
 District land registry address, phone and fax numbers, DX Address
v.
 reflect any changes in legislation
vi.
 new and enhanced software features

2. Hotline support is included within the purchase price for the first 3 months.

 Easy Convey cannot be held responsible for problems associated with the operating system and other applications installed on your computer. In our experience, problems are more likely to be caused by incorrect installation or configuration rather than the operating system or other applications. It is recommended that computers are configured and software installed by an experienced/trained individual (e.g. a trained network administrator or software engineer).

As a general guide, ensure that all the latest service packs are installed for both Windows and Office.

Easy Convey reserves the right to charge for support/consultancy.

3. Track-A-Matter

  Each published matter includes up to 15 SMS text messages, each subsequent SMS message will be charged at 20pence per message.

 
 

4. SDLT - e-submission

  Each successful submission of your Stamp Duty Land Tax return via CASA is charged at £5.00.

 
 

CASA Rental Option

CASA can be rented for £ 95.00 for the first user plus £65 for each subsequent user. The three year rolling contract is payable quarterly in advance. There are no additional charges for annual licence fees or for hotline support which is provided throughout the term of the agreement. For installation and training see the price table above
