About Us

Easy Convey Limited was established in April 2000 and is wholly owned by its directors, Dominic Cullis (MD) and Peter Oakes. The company was formed to market a range of electronic conveyancing products and services, which were written within our bespoke software development partnership. We now focus all our efforts on providing innovative legal software solutions.

Management Team

Dominic Cullis successfully operated his own computer consultancy business for 18 years. Cullis Software Consultancy has been running for over twelve years and has written software applications for many leading firms including Compaq, Toshiba, 3M and Kodak.

Dominic Cullis – Managing Director

Dominic Cullis has over 18 years experience running a software house. He is chairman of the Legal Software Suppliers Association (LSSA) and Easy Convey is a foinding Executive Member of the E-Homebuying Forum. Dominic has been involved throughout the development of CASA, from concept to production and originated the ideas for the on-line services. Spare time is limited as it is shared between family life, keeping fit and fund raising. Dominic ran the New York Marathon 2002 and raised money for Macmillan Cancer Relief. Annually on the last Saturday in June, Dominic, along with a team of friends organise and participate in the Liddy Gwilliam Memorial Softball Tournament. This event raises money in aid of the Quiet Cancer Therapy Appeal for which donations would be

greatly appreciated. Any cheques should be made out to Trustees for RFHNHST (Fund 311) and sent to our CASA Court address. In July 2004, Dominic cycled from Charterhouse School in Godalming to Paris, again to raise valuable funds for the Royal Free Hampstead NHS Trust Quiet Cancer Appeal. Other fund raising events have included the British Heart Foundation London to Brighton cycle ride in 2002 and 2003.

Peter Oakes – Director

Peter joined Easy Convey in September 2000 bringing a wealth of valuable experience with him having been the marketing manager with the Society of Licensed Conveyancers. Amongst his many roles within the society, Peter spent considerable time evaluating conveyancing, case management and legal accounting software. Peter provided a great deal of input into CASA’s development through his own extensive testingand by seeking feedback from a working party of

conveyancers around the country.

Peter also has extensive business experience, which has proved valuable to the growth of Easy Convey as he ran a successful business for over ten years.
